ARTIST PORTFOLIO

About

Isabella Kim, an artist based in Los Angeles, draws upon her background in ceramic arts and jewelry design to craft captivating sculptures and 2D artworks. Graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Ceramics, she further honed her skills in jewelry design at FIDM in Los Angeles. While she cherished crafting jewelry, Isabella felt compelled to explore larger artistic expressions.
Her creations, fashioned from diverse materials and adorned with precious gemstones, reflect her enduring fascination with Renaissance and Art Nouveau aesthetics. Inspired by the clothing, architecture, and decor of these eras, she infuses her work with the opulence and elegance reminiscent of bygone times.
Gold, a symbol of wealth and prosperity, holds a prominent place in Isabella's artistic palette, symbolizing the richness of her creations. Precious gemstones, carefully integrated into her pieces, add a touch of allure and enchantment.
In the act of creation, Isabella envisions the most beautiful and joyful moments, imbuing her artwork with positive energy. She aspires to uplift and inspire those who encounter her creations, offering a glimpse into a world suffused with beauty and optimism.
